Contract Negotiation Analyst (remote)

This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

1. Analyze client contract histories by pulling historical information on a diverse set of long-standing agreements and develop contract analysis and history documents.

2. Prepare and assemble contracts and corresponding schedules, addenda and exhibits that accurately reflect client and Cognizant deal expectations and approved pricing quotes.

3. Arrange and attend client negotiation sessions to serve as a contract project manager, especially in large complex deals where there are multiple individuals with critical delivery dates. Set-up check-in meetings to support both internal and external resources in meeting critical dates and helping move roadblocks to deal closure.

4. Support editing and drafting of agreements as needed. Develop slide decks for contract kick-offs, sales to service presentations, leadership meetings and scheduled team meetings.

5. Maintain and distribute contract trackers in conjunction with contract project management.

6. Identify opportunities for earlier contract negotiation engagement with client renewals.

7. Utilize technology tools to extract and summarize contract data from disparate data sources.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology Management, Project Management or Paralegal/Law required.

An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Minimum of two years’ related experience.

Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Job Description:

· Offers Sales and Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.

· Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

· Answers basic inquiries and resolves basic problems.

· Performs Automation testing design against detailed specifications.

· Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures.

· Defines test objectives, creates test plans and develops automated test cases/procedures.

· Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn candidate to take our Cognizant´s company brand to the next level:

· Minimum. Experience of Test automation of 1-2 years on test automation using Cypress tool

· QA automation with development skills – ability to write from scratch automation scripts.

· Basic knowledge of the DOM and POM model.

· Nice-to-have: Experience in testing websites with responsive design.

· Basic knowledge of Java (Cypress) for Web Automation testing

· Basic knowledge in creating Gherkin scripts based on Cucumber framework
