We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a .Net Support
Preferred:
2-3 yrs of experience with .Net
Experience with Application support
SQL
ITIL
Experience with ServiceNow or other platforms for the management of tickets
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for internal users across various insurance applications.
Troubleshoot and diagnose application incidents according to established procedures.
Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of ITIL service management principles to maintain a high level of service quality.
Knowledge of L1.5 support level and SOP execution
Perform basic SQL queries to extract relevant data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
Review and debug code written in .NET to identify and resolve application errors. (Desirable)
Maintain a strong understanding of insurance industry workflows and how they relate to supported applications.

You´ll be in charge of helping one of the insurance most important companies worldwide to provide support and improve their internal applications ecosystem.
People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 to 5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on the insurance or financial industry (preferred).
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving application incidents.
Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles.
Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident management.
