Enablon Support Analyst
Job Description:
Execute IQ, OQ for Enablon Upgrade projects
Support Enablon applications at client site as per ITIL standards.
Work on Incident management, Service request management, Problem management and change management areas.
Support project team during the new implementations
Develop system validation documentation and ensure the system validation compliance.
Create and manage application specific knowledge management.
Technical Skills
Experience with Enablon EHS Software.
Working experience in Enablon Administration like user account creation, troubleshooting issues related to Metrics, Audit, Compliance, Action Plans etc. modules.
Good knowledge of EHS Domain.
Good knowledge in Upgrades, migration of data and Execute IQ, OQ and other validation processes
Working experience in Enablon configuration as per business requirements.
Hands on experience on Enablon support.
Good working experience on ITIL Service delivery processes and GMP validation processes
Knowledge on GMP change control processes
Experience on Enablon implementation, configuration and support.
Familiarity with similar EHS systems.
Knowledge on EHS domain.
Basic knowledge in Quality domain
Fluency or good in English skills
