Junior Accountant – Intercompany in Johannesburg, South Africa
Ensures completion of account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry. Completes the month-end close process. Performs activities under minimal supervision.
Compiles, consolidates and conducts analysis of accounting and finance information.
Prepares standard journal entries that require analysis.
Performs more complex monthly and annual account reconciliations.
Prepares tables, charts and other exhibits for reports.
May perform complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on complex projects.
Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

The team works on several different systems – Rascal, BOLT, AGIS, APEX

Taking the lead on setting up meetings to assist BU with transaction processing and understanding
