Job Description
Responsible for the nomination process of the Talent Identification across L&T
Plan & facilitate Development Centers end to end – invitation, orientation of the participants and the developers, DC process, integration and the feedback process etc.
Manage the post DC process of sharing the outcome and facilitate the IDP process of each of the participants.
Facilitate employee IDP journey and provide support to IC HR to meeting the expected outcome.
Networking with HR development / consulting partners like EY, SHL, KPMG, Assessor pool, coaches etc.
Ability to build strong relationships with IC HR heads, HR Talent Managers, and other stakeholders for fulfilling the requirements for the DC processes.
The role holder will be expected to travel to DC Centre Hubs / LDA, Lonavala and other offices to facilitate the DCs / IDPs.
Leading special projects/ initiatives as part of the CoE and extending it to across L&T
