Job Description:
As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
Requirement:
• Assist in order fulfillment
• Assist the sales support team around order management
• Support with problem solving and work cross-functionally to resolve them and deliver the right solutions
• Engage in sales operations process improvements
Essential Requirements
• Entry level position, requiring at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, passion for customer engagement and problem-solving
• Capacity to be self-motivated and work on your own as well as in a team
Desirable Requirements
• Experience working with data and presentation skills are a plus
