Job Description:

You will be responsible for supplier-quality data collection and analysis.

You will work with the commodity SQE team and platform SQE team to drive quality improvements based on your data analysis report.

Your contribution will help the team to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Work with the internal team to collect the quality/ manufacture data and conduct the quality data analysis from different views.

Maintain and optimize the data analysis tool and digital tool to support the SQE team operation and improve the team’s working efficiency.

Expertise in analytical and problem-solving skills with Good teamwork and project management skills

Proficient in using at least one data visualization tool, such as PowerBI

Desirable:

Master or Bachelor degree, major in Data Science

Prefer to have development language skills, such as Python

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with a highly skilled technical team that provides the highest level of support for our ProSupport and Premium customers in Australia and New Zealand with an outstanding end to end experience.

Job Description:

Provide over the phone first-level technical hardware and software support on Dell supplied products, peripherals and applications

Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify and resolve customers technical issues

Assume a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying common problems and documenting resolutions

Actively engage with our customers in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout the life of the incident
