Job Description:
In this role the Analyst will work across our Marketing, Advertising, and Commerce functions within the Experience Management team, to support data-driven, analytical decisioning for our clients. They will work cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement frameworks, learning agendas, data strategy, and performance analytics. Typical responsibilities include assisting with Marketing and Advertising measurement planning, testing planning, tagging strategies, and analyzing Marketing and Advertising data (leveraging both descriptive analytics tactics, as well as advanced modeling) to derive actionable insights and define future-looking strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree completed by May/June 2023 with focus in Data Analytics, Data Science, and/or Marketing
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for digital marketing/advertising and emerging trends
High-level understanding of modeling approaches
Ability to distill large datasets into actionable recommendations rooted in Marketing and Advertising optimizations
Fluent with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Datorama
Ability to manipulate large marketing data sets and performing ETL (preferred)
