AU FSS-Resource Management-Analyst-India

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

Collaborate as a Resource Management Consultant with the RA Resource Management team to process schedule changes according to practitioner requests.

Address email inquiries from practitioners regarding scheduling changes, coordinating with team leads and onshore stakeholders when necessary.

Ensure accurate processing of scheduling changes as per practitioners’ submissions.

Guarantee precise execution of various requests in related systems and update Excel files in alignment with business needs.

Proactively handle all requests received in the shared mailbox.

Conduct thorough due diligence before closing any requests.

Maintain SLAs of 24-48 hours based on request category and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Keep all process-related documents up to date.

Participate actively in business calls, providing clear communication on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.

Comprehend the business dynamics of the process and consistently meet the expectations of AU stakeholders.

Contribute effectively to the team’s success by meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Generate daily/weekly reports as per regular cadence and business requirements.

Engage in professional interaction and communication within both the Hyderabad and Australian offices.

Prepare for AU team calls within their specific operating unit and be accountable for responding to queries and other related matters. Take responsibility for productivity, bulk requests, Turnaround Time (TAT), and process-related updates specific to their aligned operating unit.

Job Description:

Drive technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing to capture integration requirements and curate analysis workshops to formulate detailed specifications for the development teams

Job Description:

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Software Developer

Software Development:

Play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software
Code entirely new custom software applications, or use ‘off the shelf’ software.

Support implementation and leading practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
Design user interactions on websites, developing servers, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms via full stack development

Cloud Technology & Networking:

Develop templates, scripts or programming in a cloud environment

Participate in the installation and configuration of ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP, Workday,
