Full Time Tax Consultant (Accounting) – US
As a tax consultant, you will work directly with clients, building a relationship as a trusted tax specialist and advisor — the “go-to” tax professional. You will collaborate daily as part of high-performing teams, developing solutions to complex tax issues through research, use of cutting-edge technology, and consultation with other team members. Daily tasks may include researching tax regulations, understanding the applicable tax implications for specific clients and making recommendations based on your findings. You will commonly work with multiple clients at the same time, providing you exposure to a variety of organizations and a stronger understanding of applicable tax implications for different clients.
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science/Business Administration, Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Must meet minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning full-time employment
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week

Analyst – FP&A & Billing – Global Finance Support
Billing Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis
· Accounts Receivable Analyst
– Entry of Accounts Receivable and Quality check of AP Vendor and Member Firm Invoices
– Analyze and reconcile the outstanding items, including helping Reconciliation team in Dispute resolution
– Responsible for completing the Accounts Payable/Receivables within the required turnaround time.
– Assist with all aspects of the AR process. Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve difficult Accounts Payable/Receivables related problems. Ability to read, comprehend and explain (to internaland external customers) firm policies that relate to AR.
– Send timely follow-ups to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
– Interact with DTT business areas, FP&A and MF Reconciliation Teams.
· Financial reporting and analysis
‒ Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned ARs, including reviewing and coding individual expenses/billings, transaction flow, and account reconciliation to ledger
‒ Support Finance Manager/Controller with monthly reporting responsibilities, ad-hoc analysis and support on an as-needed basis varying request to Controllers/Finance Managers over and above the day-to-day reporting needs.
‒ Simple to moderate ad hoc analysis and working on real-time cost monitoring environment
Qualifications:
‒ One to three years of experience in a financial planning and analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or
Account Reconciliation, operations, preferably in MNC or global organizations
‒ MBA Finance/master’s in finance and accounting
‒ Proficient, or able to become proficient quickly, with DTTL financial systems (SAP ECC, BW, and other as needed)
‒ Understanding of financial accounting (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows) and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators) used by professional services firms
