At Global Talent Operations Performance Technologies we are responsible for supporting the Performance Management application used by Deloitte. We,
Work on projects involved in migrating internal Deloitte Clients to Deloitte Global Platforms.
Work as Advisory partner on implementation of features, changes and recommendations for internal Deloitte Clients.
Provide functional and operational support for issues reported.
Perform User Acceptance Test, Functionality Tests.
Liaison with Global Technology Support as part of projects, implementations & issue resolutions.
Good understanding of Performance Management as a Process & Practice.
Experience working on operational aspects like solving Application /Product related issues, (Application/Product management, Testing) and Administration (User access management, system functionality configurations))
Relevant experience of at least 1 year in Performance Management or any talent studio practice.
Minimum overall experience of 2 years.
Experience working with Ticket Management System.
Familiarity writing/creating Test Scripts.
Should have participated in User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)
Understanding of Functionality Testing.
Graduate in any Back-ground.
Very good in both Verbal and Written Communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
Providing support to member firm admins for day-day application and reporting issues that come through salesforce
Manage & support monthly operations and maintenance deployment activities
Providing demo/ training to member firm as required
Build and Maintain configuration workbook for each Deloitte client with regards to the way the system settings, workflow etc., is set-up for them.
Plan UAT testing process and schedule
Perform UAT, Functional and Regression Testing.
Provide support to member firms during UAT
Manage communications on critical phases like upgrades, downtime, etc.,
Ensure appropriate document, knowledge base is updated at all times.
