Graduate in Commerce.
1 to 3 years of experience in reconciliations. Additional experience in customer service (a blend of voice & non-voice customer service) will be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
Attention to detail and ability to follow-up for closure of open items.
Experience in SAP BW, DTE (EQT), SAP/HR, firm financial systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills would be an advantage.
Demonstrated flexibility in assisting with diverse or additional work activities to meet team goals and responsibilities.
Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of U.S. Corporate Cards, Expense andReimbursement Policies(APRs), DeloitteTime & Expense(DTE) system.
Understand Direct Pay mechanismof the US firms in settlingcorporate card balances with card service provider.

Respond to e-mailsand phone calls received for U.S. Corporate Card queries and contact practitioners to resolveopen issues.
Perform compliance adherence relatedactivities.
Provide support on assignedad-hoc and activitybased assignments/projects.
