Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Professional you will have the opportunity to collaborate with business analysts, experienced strategists, visual designers, software engineers and testers to deliver an industry leading and innovative product. once onboarded, you’ll undergo training and mentorship to become a certified professional within the ServiceNow community.
This is a client facing role where you will be working as part of a team gathering technical requirements in workshops, developing and documenting design, “configuration and building of the solution and implementation on the ServiceNow cloud platform” – no day will be the same.
The ideal candidate will have completed tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering/Computer Science or related and will have the following:
Be able to demonstrate software development experience, such as JavaScript frameworks, CSS/HTML.
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
Experience in implementation projects and end to end SDLC development: Analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activities solve problems and deliver high quality solutions.
“Experience with using basic API’s such as RESTful web services”Good understanding of software design patterns.
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Nice to have, and highly regarded:
Good to have basic understanding in DevOps tools (Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo).[RO4]
Experience with any SAAS platform like JIRA, salesforce
Working within an Agile Development team.
Understanding of ITIL and Service management principles.
