Job Description:
Manages the development, creation, and maintenance of registration sites.
Collaborates with meeting planners and internal clients to understand the meeting objectives and related registration requirements to effectively build registration sites with appropriate logic and questions.
Responsible for analyzing the meeting details provided by the internal client to determine how the registration site should be built.
Qualification:
Delivers exceptional client service with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
Provides insight and recommendations on the development and design of registration sites to meeting planners and internal clients.
Interacts with internal clients at all levels.
Collaborates with planning team in handling housing & special requests.
