ELE – Transfers – Analyst / Senior Analyst
Locations : Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad & Mumbai
Job Description:
Ability to work virtually and multitask
Ability to manage complex projects with virtual teams
Manage the internal transfer process.
Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within ELE to drive for quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
Prepare and manage internal documentation to meet SLA’s and quality standards
Ensure that every professional has the Deloitte employee experience and continuously thrives to enhance it.
Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews
Performs other related job duties as assigned
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Qualifications
Graduate 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce and HRIS strongly preferred
Ability to interface with all levels within the firm
Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues
Preferred
Postgraduation (MBA in HR, MA, and MCom) is preferred
Exposure to interaction with US clients/stakeholders
Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor, or other applications in HR/Talent
