Strategic Equity Transactions Group (SETG) Analyst – USA
Job Description:
Value convertible and option securities
Prepare marketing and bespoke materials for clients
Execute live transactions and work on all aspects of the deal including structuring, trade booking and negotiation of legal documents
Create internal memos for committee approvals and maintain various databases
Analyze market risks, credit risks and regulatory risks of companies/transactions
Provide new transaction updates and strategize deal optimization with senior group members
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other STEM major
Internship and/or full-time experience in investment banking, finance, accounting, consulting, or other adjacent fields
Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and PowerPoint) and understanding of basic financial concepts, such as equity valuation, bond math, corporate finance, etc

Job Description:
Serve as an assistant to the Operation’s Assistant Vice President (AVP)/ Vice President (VP) in Santa Ana partnering and collaborating with a growing a successful Document Custody business
Process incoming loan volume for correspondent clients including, but not limited to, data entry & sanitization, and loan file processing
Complete daily and weekly production logs and reports, and submitting to supervisors or other management
Work with assigned team to maintain, create and develop improved quality control and auditing
Qualification:

Job Description:
Reconcile and Fixed Income Clearing Corp (FICC) Obligation Orders between Bank of New York (BONY) / (Fed Wire Custodian) and ICI (Books and Records System), as well as ensure all settlement instructions are entered properly into the Bank of New York Clearance System, and optimize Delivery opportunities through the use of Partials, Pair-Off’s and Inter-Day Securities Borrowing

Qualification:
