Payments Processing Analyst – India

Role Description

This is a customer documents/transaction processing role responsible for accurate and timely capturing of various types of customer instructions based on the documented SOP, KOP or desktop procedures.

This includes receiving, verifying and capturing of customer data in German Banking Applications which may be in in German or English languages.

Qualifications:

German Language capabilities with minimum B2.1 and above.

Bachelor Degree from an accredited college/University, preferably with Commerce Back ground

Minimum 1 year of experience in handling German Banking related processing functions.

Freshers with excellent academic back grounds may be also considered.

Basic exposure to Banking systems, back office/operations functions like static data, system set ups, charge set ups etc would be preferred.

Reasonable awareness and exposure to SWIFT messaging specially MT 103 and 202, 202 COV.

Basic understanding of global Payment functions, Payments investigation etc.

Reasonable analytical skills, conflict management skills, customer/stake hodler management etc.

Excellent communication skills both in English and German language with minimum B2.1 grades both in written and verbal language skills.

Experience in handling any German banking process would be preferred.

Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organizations

Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Banking operational areas.

Investment Banking Coverage – Analyst / Associate – Australia

Job Description:

Participate in the origination and execution of M&A and debt financing mandates across Investment Banking coverage

Deal team member contributing to day-to-day M&A execution processes including in-depth financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and industry analysis

Prepare high quality marketing presentations and industry analysis

Due diligence of clients and markets

Deal documentation and internal approvals

Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

Attend client meetings including execution and pitches

Reconciliation Production Analyst (NCT) – India 

Job Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for completing the day-to-day activity as per standards and laid down procedures and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.

This position is required to validate the invoices against the rate cards agreed with the clients and ensuring timely booking of invoice amounts in DWSs’ internal IBOR and ABOR systems.

Make sure to have Zero errors, timely escalations, and Nil operational losses

Qualification:

Knowledge of reconciliation process and the associated Investment and Accounting Book of Records.

Experience with BlackRock Solutions “Aladdin” system and/or TLM is a plus.

A fresher will also do, or any experience related to reconciliation will be an added advantage.

Willingness to work in core night shift.

Fluency in Microsoft Office skills specifically MS Excel.

Good analytical and quantitative skills; excellent organizational skills for tasks, work environment and documentation
