Associate, Sales Coverage Support – Switzerland
This is a Sales Support position for the Direct Access Clients (DAC / MIT) Trading team.
Job Responsibilities:
Trade bookings in core banking system Avaloq
Interact regularly with UHNWI clients handling various administrative tasks around trading lifecycle
Lead client on- and offboarding process for DAC clients
Manage revenue controls, client overview files, update KODs, update contracts & forms
Carry out comprehensive analytics for key performance metrics and client risks to ultimately steer the business and contribute in decision-making processes
Performing various controls checks
Managing internal and external Audits as well as compliance control testing
Setting up Systems/Access and Market Data for new and existing DAC / MIT Trading colleagues
Qualification:
Excellent English a must. Other languages are beneficial
Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs, Avaloq knowledge beneficial
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Remote – AML Transaction Monitoring Investigator – Analyst – US
Job Description:
Perform financial crime investigations
Prioritize work and ensure adherence to deadlines and performance expectations
Prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings. Exercise professional judgment and discretion
Thoroughly understand and ensure adherence to all relevant internal policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness of relevant laws and implementing regulations, e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc. Maintain awareness of relevant financial crime trends and typologies along with world events. Suggest enhancements to internal policies and/or procedures based on identified gaps or best practices
Conduct training on internal processes, procedures and financial crime-related topics as required.
Participate in projects and initiatives as required
Qualification:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Relevant experience as an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigator in a transaction monitoring and SAR writing capacity or equivalent experience
Knowledge of AML laws (USA PATRIOT Act), Regulations (Fed, Securities and Exchange
Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and their application to the supported products/business lines
An understanding of the legal and compliance issues of complex banking organizations. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, or Investment Banking experience
Operational knowledge of USD payment systems, including Society for Worldwide Interbank

Fund Accounting &/or Reporting Analyst – India
Job Responsibilities
Computation and reconciliation of NAV, checking income accruals, NAV movement, etc
Reviewing Bank and Holding reconciliations and resolving breaks, if any
Processing and verification of all trades for the day processed in the system

GCM Analyst – India
Job Responsibilities
The capital management specialist is expected to work across the Capital Demand & Supply side:
Economic Capital steering support
Calculating FX sensitivity of the capital on the CET1/LRE ratios. Reporting of FX hedged capital
Involvement in the monthly forecast process of capital elements on DB Group consolidated level
Preparation of the annual strategic capital planning process for all capital elements
Support of the coordination of the forecast of the development of risk weighted assets and leverage exposure
Understanding of governance framework which supports transparency in the above, including hands on analytics and coordinating support and partner functions for reporting, MIS, explain and decision making
Stakeholder management & building healthy work partnerships across divisions
Participate in the ongoing development of tools, governance and structures to stay ahead of changing regulatory demands and increasing internal sophistication in balance sheet management
Contribute in the key areas of regulatory constraint for the bank, with ability to respond quickly and with confidence to ad hoc requests from other stakeholders within the bank.
Qualification:
Education background in Science/Engineering or a degree in math, statistics or a degree with focus on Finance/Accounting/Economics or a comparable business subject & relevant practical experience in the finance industry
CFA/FRM qualification is a plus, but not a must

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate and timely production of daily T+1 P&L production, attribution and analysis.
Providing daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers
Break investigation and resolution: Model vs Actual(Ledger) Cash, FO/MO system vs trade docs etc
Model risk control exceptions resolution
Ensure compliance to risk and control guidelines.
Stakeholder management by prompt response to various queries/issues from Finance directors, onshore management, Front office traders, Fincon, Risk management, etc.
Understand trade flows, booking structures and ensure that the trades are captured in accordance with such defined structure which will enable accurate funding cost allocation through Funds transfer pricing.
Qualification:
Preferably qualified MBA/Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA.
Financial Control and product control experience in Investment Banking
Strong understanding of financial market products such as Loans, Bonds, Credit, derivatives, Cash Equity, Swaps, Options and Futures.
Solid Fixed Income product knowledge i.e. Bonds, CDS, TRS, IRS & Loans.
IFRS/GAAP knowledge is preferred
Strong knowledge / experience of front to back Investment Banking environment (trade capture to balance sheet)
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes responsibilities, and escalates issues as necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Word and Excel skills required

Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst – India
Job Description
The Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst focuses on client onboarding (COB) and exceptions in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions.
The KYC Analyst provides regular communication to senior bank stakeholders on changes in KYC, Anti Money Laundering (‘AML’) and Anti Financial Crime (‘AFC’) areas and ensures any changes required are implemented with minimum disruptions.
The KYC Analyst also assists the bank’s clients, managing all KYC and account opening requirements with appropriate governance and controls. They operate in an environment of strict adherence to Standard Operating procedures (‘SOP’s) and Operation Level Agreements (OLA’s) to achieve accurate and timely account opening to help execute trades
Qualification:
Should have more than 6 months experience in Corporates and with good communication and system knowledge.
