Job Description:
· Assist in monitoring and ensuring standard business processes.
· Support the business function in defining and implementing process related organization structure
· To understand the requirement of the station’s / countries documentation and devise guidelines to the teams to ensure compliance.
· To ensure department SLA’s are met in terms of timely and accurate documentation.
· Aanalyze existing working procedures and to propose improvements
· Monitoring thru periodic reports to ensure timely closure of jobs resulting in achieving of the KPI’s.
· Participate in Internal Audit activities to ensure management system is effectively maintained.
· Assist stations/ countries with the GSC Application and queries.
· Lead Projects that have a positive and direct impact on their country and teams performance.
· Positively drives the financial impact on the centres Profit & Loss Account.
· Develop IKOs/ KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
· Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
Management Qualification (preferable)
· Min 1- 6 Years of relevant experience. Logistics / Back Office experience is must
· Excellent Communication skill (verbal and written)
· Basic Computer MS Office knowledge (words, excel, power point)

IT Application Specialist – Europe
Job Description:
Supporting WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System) and the other applications
Provide WMS implementations and maintenance services in line with approved process
Acting as an implementer on new WMS projects
Act prudently and carefully about the work’s possible effects on environment
Managing the implementation, maintenance and repair on time and without any problems
Following up the inventory on time and properly
Being sure that implementation is conducted within the pre-defined framework
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics IT solutions or relevant sector
Minimum 2 years of experience in MS SQL database, EDI, FTP, web services
Advanced level in both written and spoken English
