Job Description:
Partner with the Regional HR Team to build a strong innovation culture among the HR community and beyond
Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day support for successful execution of HR Digitalization transformation
Undertake preparation of project schedules, tracking reports, updates, presentations and communications for the different projects
Provide IT knowledge and execution on main digitalization project agenda
Check recurring issues faced during delivery, proposing solutions measures
Check and highlight deviations from defined project plans and timelines
Perform allocated project tasks and activities for own work area under guidance
Assist the HR Department on other projects and initiatives
Qualification:
Fresh graduated (less than 12 months) / University student
IT savvy
Power BI knowledge is a plus
