Supply Chain & Data Analyst GoGreen
Job Description:
Analyze customers’ supply chain data and provide optimization options with respect to carbon footprint, lead times and costs
Provide analytical support to the regions for RFQ and customer meetings
Automate supply chain analytics and develop reporting solutions in QlikSense
Take over responsibility for DGF GoGreen applications and tools, ensuring applications are well maintained and serve the needs of internal and external customers
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders from IT service management, product management, software vendors
Together with Products and IT, build roadmap, develop BRS, and conceptualize new solutions ensuring DGF stay as industry leader in product offering
Create/update process documentation
Support DPDHL internal carbon accounting processes
Develop dashboards and other transparency tools to support local GoGreen/EMS team
Support GoGreen Product development
Knowledge of product operations processes, operational data and IT systems
Knowledge of FRP, DCR and QlikSense
Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Access
Knowledge of the Global Forwarding Sector or logistics industry
ble to work in multi-cultural geographically dispersed teams
Familiarity with software development concepts including Agile, POC, UX, UAT
Experience of project management desirable
Good communication and excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of first choice principles and tools (i.e. Performance Dialogues, Change Management)
2-4 year work experience
Fluency in English and computer skills
