Key Account Desk Advisor Amersfoort
Job Description
At the Key Account Desk you have contact with the major customers of DHL Express, you have a number of these accounts under your care. Your customers can always contact you for advice, complaints or reports. You consult with them about daily shipments and discuss possible deviations and problems. You interact intensively with your international colleagues worldwide by e-mail. In addition, you have telephone contact with our business senders and receivers. Finally, accurate administration is necessary to ensure that shipments run smoothly.
In addition, you have:
Good oral and written expression skills in Dutch and English
A strong personality who is able to operate as a discussion partner at all levels
40 hours per week availability
Minimum MBO work and thinking level
Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Excel for creating reports.
