Operations Executive – India
Job Description:
Responsible for network vehicle SOP / guideline’s compliance, tracking and monitoring to ensure timely departures / arrivals and smooth operation to enhance service quality levels.
Live tracking of network vehicles on integrated platform, tracking portals, GNMS, and on calls (in absence of GPS)24×7 in 3 shifts
Timely recording/reporting & escalations of exceptions, unscheduled stoppages, attempts of seal breaking and robbery, vehicle breakdown, accidents including proactive network impediments which might impact service level.
Proactive intervention at origin escalating cases of SOP violations and non-compliance related to GPS, locks, and drivers etc.
Provide alerts and inputs based on the exceptions noticed and coordinate entire recourse / corrective action plan.
Timely coordination with locations (Operation/Fleet/Security) for recovery of vehicle in the event of a vehicle Breakdown/Accident or in any other exceptions.
Generate exceptions in the system for other reasons such as political affairs or natural calamities that can occur in network runs.
Qualification:
1) Graduate in any stream.
2) Computer proficiency with expertise on excel.
3) Communication skill, written and verbal proficiency in English and Hindi.
Desirable requirement: –
1) 2 Years of experience in handling control tower/Central command center.
2) Handling on transport management system and ERP.
3) Knowledge of regional language shall be an added advantage.
