Job Description”
. Responsible for co-ordination and flow of information with other departments (interfaces)
* Maintain good communication and working relationship with other departments
* To understand the requirement of the station’s /countries documentation, follow the defined guidelines and ensure compliance in issuance of documentation
* Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing processes.
* Assist in monitoring and ensuring standard business processes.
* To support the business function in defining and implementing process related organization structure
* Ensure timely and accurate issuance of documentation.
* Ensure adherence to ISO standards.
* Participate in Internal Audit activities to ensure management system is effectively maintained.
* Assist stations with the GSC application for any queries.
* 0 – 4 years of Logistics experience
* Typing speed (minimum 30 wpm with min.85% accuracy. Scalable to 98% accuracy)
* Good Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point)
* Good Analytical skills with an Eye for detail
* Good Inter-personal skills
* Good comprehension skills
