Your role as Graduate Analyst
Job Description:
As a Junior Business Analyst in Cognizant Nordics, you will contribute to projects where we orchestrate the end-to-end capabilities of Cognizant to create a compelling client experience. You will develop your consulting skills to support all stages of business-driven digital transformation projects. You will work with Cognizant executives to develop competitive advantage for client organizations by aligning their digital strategy with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
Your management consulting toolbox will keep growing, as you analyze available information, support development of strategies, present recommendations and implement solutions for our clients across a variety of industries from Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, and more – all with the purpose of delivering digital transformations that are desirable, viable and feasible. Our approach is Digital First, Human to Endure, so you will work side-by-side with our clients using collaborative methods such as design thinking and agile to create deliverables and more importantly, client outcomes.
Qualification:
Professionally, you have a university degree in economics, business administration, engineering or a related field, preferably Master’s degree.
