Deployment Hub Logistics Coordinator – United Kingdom

Job Description:

Co-ordinate initial mobilisation for new start (staff & adhoc) in line with company induction process

Maintain accurate rota management system (ATS) with any changes

Update and maintain all required company systems, i.e. Power BI portals, RDB, etc.

Liaise with customer logistics for mobilisation requirements

Update PetrofacGo with relevant company communications

Engage with offshore employees and client supervision regarding any enquiries

Recruitment of ad-hoc personnel in line with the BMS Adhoc Resourcing Process

Raise requisitions for offshore staff vacancies

Liaise with employees on short-term absence and arrange RTW medical as appropriate

Job Requirement:

Project Coordinator / DEVELOPING PROJECT COORDINATOR UK

Job Description:

Maintenance of key project and contract documents

Workpack and commercial closeout

Monitoring of project histograms

Support the Action process

Collate contract updates

Support delivery of the HSE plan

Collate and review key contract performance data across the entire portfolio.

Identify areas of focus or concern and provide the Projects management team with business improvement suggestions

Coordinate all activities required in relation to project Group strategic and operational performance, including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis

Supply Chain Administrator

Job Description:

Provide general administration support to the Supply Chain function.

Request suppliers to complete vendor registration documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders for approval.

Register vendors in Petrofac’s ERP system and initiate compliance screening.

Ensure all supply chain activities preserve the company’s legal and commercial integrity and that company’s and client’s governance controls are adhered too.

Ensure all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with Company policies, processes and procedures.

Offer structured and detailed support to Supply Chain team.

Provide accurate updates and reporting to key internal stakeholders in support of administrative tasks.

Job Description:

· Act as project focal point with supervised authority within the limits of the project parameters

· Accountable for competently performing assigned project tasks without supervision

· Work as a project team member or a member of the project personnel

· May work in some fields as a specialist

Assistant Integrity Engineer

Job Description:

Preferred HNC/HND in an engineering discipline with appropriate experience

Ability to interpret inspection reports and engineering drawings

Basic understanding of the inspection techniques & degradation expected within the process plant.

Knowledge & previous use of integrity management databases.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Familiarity with AutoCAD.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications and other relevant software.

Contracts Engineer

Job Description:

Reporting to the Commercial Lead, the Contracts Engineer will manage allocated contract activities related to Engineering and Construction Projects in support of tenders and existing client contract management.

· In a busy and stimulating operational environment the Contracts Engineer is required to work on own initiative dealing directly with all key business stakeholders to execute the required contract documentation in line with Petrofac best practice.

· The Contracts Engineer will be required to work with the technical and functional specialists to review, draft, negotiate and finalize contractual documentation where Petrofac are providing services to its clients.

· Manage all contract administration, including but not limited to; 1) ensuring all contractual documentation is live and in place; 2) managing the contracts database; 3) monitoring of call offs/ work orders/ POs.

· Review contract and subcontract terms and conditions associated with tenders and draft qualifications in line with Contract Protocol and Petrofac best practice as appropriate

· Engage with Service line leaders and Bid managers to align proposed qualifications with Scope of work

Qualification:

· Legal or QS degree

· Knowledge and experience of contract terms including but not limited to:

· Consultancy Engineering and construction projects

· Experience reviewing contracts

· Experience in contract administration

· Ability to work independently and have excellent communication, listening and presentation skills

· Excellent organization skills

· Self-starter with the ability to work under own initiative and meet tight deadlines
