Job Description:
• Lead cost-out events and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean-Manufacturing and 6-Sigma Techniques to eliminate waste, reduce process variation and to deliver products that meet customer expectations.
• Participate in concurrent engineering efforts and critical design reviews to minimize product development costs and maximize useful life of products.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturing and value engineering initiatives as applicable.
• Develop work breakdown structures as a tool to develop cost estimates and to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Participate in new product development projects using program management tools to articulate deliverables and maintain schedules.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

Custom Order Engineer (Hybrid) – USA
Job Description:
Emphasis on working with electrical, electro-mechanical, programmable logic controllers, and solid-state controls in motor control applications and electrical distribution systems.
Maintain familiarity with communications protocols, variable speed drives and solid-state starters in order to maintain design standards.
Manage large projects to completion within deadlines with little or no supervision.
Interpret customer one-line diagrams and specifications to determine order requirements and apply
Eaton designs to meet customer’s expectations.
Perform standard engineering assignments often representing a significant portion of a larger project for Eaton. Coordinate with other Eaton product lines and business units as needed to ensure quality of products to end customer
Set-up and programming of PLC, HMI/MMI applications and electronic relays.
Generate electrical schematics and mechanical layouts based on information received from Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications:

Associate Engineer – Mechanical – India
Job Description:

Perform GD&T & Tolerance stake up analysis for MSD product designs.
Researches and analyzes data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Provide manufacturability perspective for early concepts and help validate through building appropriate designs. Assist with building prototypes that help in proof of concept and work with external vendors/suppliers.
Qualifications:
