Associate Engineer – India
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide design support for New Product Development and current product engineering related projects for ECJV Transmissions.
Applicant needs to closely work with sub system leads to provide timely support and ensure deliverables in line with project schedule.
The role is to support design activities from concept to launch of the product in co-ordination with various internal stakeholders like project lead, test lab, manufacturing, and project management. The applicant should be proficient with 3D drafting tools like Creo and tolerance stackups for product design.

Job Description:
The Technical Support Representative provides technical support for power and connectivity related
equipment, including charging solutions, UPS systems, digital signage solutions, network switches,
and cooling solutions.
Technical support includes assisting customers with troubleshooting, diagnosis and application
assistance received via phone, and chat. I
Calls range from basic and routine to rnoderately complex requiring long term troubleshooting and
follow-up.
The Technical Product Support Representative will respond to customer inquiries by following troubleshooting steps, referring to published materials, secondary sources, or seeking assistance from senior staff. Candidates must keep detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken using various technologies available.

Job Description:
• Provide on-site implementation of Power Management and mission critical monitoring and control systems including Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, and next generation Power Monitoring platforms (Travel to customer sites, including industrial plants is estimated to be 75% of the time).
