Manufacturing Engineer – US

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in day-to-day manufacturing operations as part of a cross-functional High-Performance Work Team (HPWT). In this role, you will collect and analyze manufacturing data for process improvements that relate to safety, product quality, customer delivery and cost reductions. You will provide on-floor process support to train team members and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Provide production associates the tools required to perform their jobs efficiently and to meet all requirements. Support special process and customer audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer expectations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $62250.03 – $95700.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no later than August 2025.

• Minimum of three (3) months of professional experience through internships, co-ops, or work in engineering or manufacturing roles.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC programming, 3D drafting (CAD/CAM) and GD&T.

• Experience in the design, improvement, and implementation of equipment, tooling, and fixtures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical process, product, and equipment challenges in a manufacturing environment.

• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints that utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Skilled in effectively communicating with individuals across all organizational levels, from production teams to leadership.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritizes simultaneously.

Engineering Technician (temporary) – Mexico

Provide day to day support to production cells on Manufacturing Engineering related matters to ensure availability for assembly processes & equipment to collaborate on Production’s metrics & goal achievement, meeting all times with the applicable Safety, Quality, Health & Environmental and Human Resources policies and procedures.

Coordinate and lead the time and raw material consumption studies aligned with the ABC Methodology

To keep the BOMs (Materials Bill) and Rates of each SKU updated in SAP.

Time and motion study and knowledge of production line balancing

Implement standardization of standard work and manufacturing best practices

Support and control of Engineering documentation, Flow Diagrams, FMEA, Work instruction and Parameters Sheet according to the development and implementation plans of each area.

Qualifications:

Application Engineer – Emergency Lighting

Technical coordination / control of customer inquiry, from the receipt of the inquiry by the customer
For customer-specific requests, development of constructive solutions together with the relevant
specialist departments (project planning, marketing, sales field service, finance)

Specialist advice on emergency lighting (technology, regulations) for customers and planners

Creation of project-specific tender texts.

Creation of EL planning as support for the sales department, including light calculation for projects
using specialized software (Dialux)

Creation of design documentation using specialized software (ESPlan / Bid manager).

Supporting the field sales team in developing emergency lighting solutions and providing technical advice to customers and planners.

Entering project data in the CRM sales information system

Qualifications:

More than 3 years of professional experience in Emergency Lighting /Life Safety equipment.

Familiar with Life Safety codes and standards- specifically Emergency Lighting

Experience in Dialux/Lighting Design software

Technical Support Engineer – India

Utilizes varying technology (Adobe, Microsoft Office,Salesforce etc.) to accurately create Technical documentation, such as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals and Submittals, for customer orders.

This position would require reading of technical drawings, understanding of technical aspects of Control and Distribution Components with related applications of low voltage & medium voltage products.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Switchgear manufacturing/Erection & Commissioning/Maintenance

Electronics Engineer – Engineering & Technology Early Talent Graduate Leadership Development Program – UK

Eaton’s Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international career. The program will start with the role of Electronics Engineer in Luton, UK, in the GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) division of the company in September 2025.

Monitor Critical to quality (CTQ) factors before and after cost-out activities to proof potential improvements
