Engineer – Planning – India

Job Description:

Releasing planned orders to PR.

Reviewing the scheduled sales orders and providing promise date by reviewing the ATP (Available to promise) output.

Coordinating and verifying production routings, preparation of work orders based on BOM.

Reviewing the shortages for work orders and expediting purchase team for arranging on time.

Releasing Work orders to shop floor as per schedule.

Expediting Warehouse for issuing Work orders, shop, and QC/QA for timely delivery of products from them to ensure on time delivery of valves to the customer.

Review of planning when sales order specs, drawings and BOM’s were revised, such review can result in addition/ modification of materials in Work order and shop planning as well.

Maintain planning file for sales orders from entry to last valve delivery.

Arranging subcontract work-orders for items which need to be sent for Powder coating, Painting, Machining, and fabrication.

Qualification:

Degree in Engineering with relevant planning and scheduling experience and a total experience of 2-3 years

High level of integrity & trust

Good command on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Good communications, negotiation, and people management skills.

Basic Finance and Costing Knowledge is preferred.

Familiar with ISO9001 Management System, as well as the requirements of Corporate Safety

Management and Occupational Health Management is preferred.

Must be a Self-driven & Self-motivated Leader.

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle or any other ERP will be an added advantage.

MHM System Engineer – India

Job Description:

Ensuring project engineering work are delivered as per project requirements with outstanding quality.

Participate in Staging, Pre-FAT, FAT and i-FAT activities.

Installation, Commissioning & trouble shooting of Emerson’s Reliability Solution systems and products.

Software configuration activities pertaining to project requirements.

Job Description:

Provide quotes for Engineered products and custom specials.

Review the spec sheet & ensure the selection is good to proceed for pricing.

Understand Fisher global supplier’s capabilities and limitations to evaluate the possibility of manufacturing an Engineered product.

Understand the basic costing techniques and estimate the cost for the required valve assemblies/parts.

Establish a good relationship with Fisher sales team.

In depth knowledge of control valve products and industry application

Knowledge on Fisher products and accessories would be a plus.

Engineering Associate – United States (On-site)

Job Description:

Provide technical support via direct communication to Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, and customers.

Review and approve modifications to products and process, and document changes.

Execute the engineering steps necessary to complete the processing of product orders following established order processing procedures and guidelines.

Conduct and document design analysis as required, identify design alternatives as appropriate, and resolve any conflicts relative to design.

Responsible for the design review for processing non-conformance reports.

Seek out cost reductions through design changes or standardization of materials and parts.

Support Manufacturing to resolve problems relating to molding, stock prep, trim, or other design or quality related issues. Record and report findings, make corrections and help develop permanent solutions.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Job Description:

Analyze and evaluate customer applications for assembly and recommend equipment, tooling, and part design modifications with a focus on higher complexity projects and technologies.

Develop costing estimates and populate system quotations.

Provide technology and solution expertise to help define project paths.

Order Management Analyst I United States (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Managing backlog priorities and overall order execution

Ensure backlog aging is regionally tracked and any critical issues are identified and reviewed with a focus on both the solution and customer communication.

Track order cancellations, changes, delays and any associated cost recovery

 

Monitor the completion of line items trough shipment

To provide varied phone and e-mail support to customers related to customer satisfaction issues.

Be a liaison for customers, suppliers and Emerson sites regarding order related issues including order status, expediting requests, shipping requirements, and order prioritization

Communicate critical order delivery issues to sales, Customer Service Manager and Product
