Analyst – Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement
The Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Procurement Analyst shares responsibility for configure, design, test, implementation, and support of business solutions based on Emerson’s instance of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. This position supports existing team members in the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Procurement functionality.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for Supply Chain applications primarily, but not limited to, the Oracle Procurement module (Self Service Procurement)
Works collaboratively with Enterprise IT Program/Project Managers to understand program requirements and assist with the evaluation of alternative solutions
Works closely with hosting and 3rd-party technical personnel to optimize technical capabilities and requirements
Proactively monitors processes to identify trends; analyzes/predicts trends and develops a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring to ensure high service levels
Ensures documentation is complete and maintained
Document design requirements and process flow diagrams
Works effectively in a global highly matrixed team environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Minimum 2 Years Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, Procurement apps
Knowledge of Office365
Knowledge on OTBI Reporting preferred
