Finance Specialist Trainee – Philippines (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities :
- To review, validate, and process Payables Invoice.
- To perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation.
- To validate the accuracy of data, verify discrepancies, and resolve reconciling transactions.
- To liaise and communicate with various stakeholders for critical deliverables.
- To perform Intercompany and Fixed Assets Accounting.
- To develop and implement an error-proofing method to ensure all transactions are booked accurately.
- To perform month-end financial activities.
- To prepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related courses.
- At least 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in general accounting, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, or audit.
- Working knowledge of internal control and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.

Customer Service Representative – Romania (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities :
- Registering orders which are technically clarified in ORACLE
- Analysing the orders as per the process defined to be in conformity with the sales agreements and quality procedures
- Checking orders as to Trade Compliance regulations (Scan process, end user and end user check)
- Preparing shipping documents and sending them to the warehouse
- Coordinating and follow-up with the delivery dates of orders
- Preparing forwarding and invoice documents for home and foreign countries and responsibility for all relevant correspondence
- Preparing quotes for distributors for standard catalogue items
- Responsibility for confirming delivery dates towards the customer
- Being involved in achieving the key measures of the Customer Service team in a responsible and active manner
Qualification:
- University Degree (finalized Economical or technical apprenticeship would be a plus)
- Professional experience in Customer Service would be beneficial
- Advanced English level (any other language would be a plus)

Project Documentation Administrator (24 months) – Romania (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Act as main contact with the customer regarding documentation management aspect, participate in various meetings with customers
- Analyze customer documentation requirements from quote to cash; ensure support on documentation aspects in quote phase
- Plans the documentation processes in accordance with the project charters;
- Ensure all documentation requirements are met throughout all project phases; own, develop & update the documentation list and status;
- Review customer comments on documentation and ensure on time submissions
- Works closely with the project team, coordinate and expedite activities for documentation, revisions and approvals with the assigned support teams and customers.
- Collect, organize, store and send to customers the electronic & hardcopy documentation;
- Highlight documentation project change requests from customers
- Develop and implement strategies to comply with the customer requirements within agreed timeframe
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe PDF);
- Fluent English language skills – verbal, reading and writing;
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and follow-up;
- 1-year experience in documentation development would be considered a plus;

Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) Engineer – United States
Job Description:
The Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) team is expected to interface will all aspects of operations, partnering with developers to improve our products and procedures, working to ensure perfect execution, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Perform installation of EDS servers and data feeders
- Troubleshoot and diagnose EDS complications
- Research, analyze, and recommend the implementation of software or hardware changes to rectify any EDS deficiencies or to enhance performance, when appropriate
- Provide field service support for installed EDS systems, to resolve customer problems and questions
- Seek opportunities to develop new tools that can optimize the installation of EDS
- Engage with the EDS Development Team to seek opportunities to improve tools for EDS.
- Create and maintain schedules with the understanding that several inputs/outputs may or may not be in your control
- Capture technical equipment specifications from customer specification understanding of how best to implement a network configuration based on these inputs and Ovation standards
- Ability to work and lead within a team. Possess the listening skills necessary to receive instruction and direction. Possess the leadership to pass those directives to other colleagues to achieve a satisfied customer and high-quality product
- Maintain proficiency with current technologies
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electronics, Electrical, or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field of study, or equivalent
- Strong communication, computer, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the US
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred:
- Experience programming in Python, C, C++
- Understating of Ovation networks and architecture
- Cisco networking experience
- Self-starter mentality with outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
