Financial Analyst – USA
Job Description:
Perform monthly financial close activities, including creating journal entries, reviewing account activity, performing account reconciliations, and tracking cost center spend.
Review monthly financial results and balance sheet detail with upper management
Prepare routine and ad-hoc management reports, presentations, and other financial analysis to enable effective decision making
Prepare and review annual cost center budgets with budget owners,
Become the expert and go-to person for budget owners, including the VP of IT, to help track, analyze, and plan for spending throughout the PSS organization
Process and review invoices for payment approval and accurate financial reporting.
Perform ad hoc analyses & other financial support / projects as directed
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 0-3 years of experience
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills/experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States
MBA, MAC and/or CPA (Preferred)
PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization program skills
Customer-focused with exceptional attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
Self-starter comfortable working independently with limited direction
Process improvement and problem-solver mentality
Ability to work effectively in teams and interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
