Digital Customer Experience Strategist – Boulder, CO, United States
Job Description:
Understand customer needs through market research and the voice of customer. Use data to feed the development of user-journey maps, and product feature definitions
Collaborate with product teams, customer care, and IT teams to understand needs and improvement opportunities
Research market trends in the digital world and look for innovative insights and features which will yield value to the customer
Use concrete data analysis and insights to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions to optimize the overall digital experience
Influence key strategies and programs aimed at growing adoption and overall utilization of our digital tools
Influence marketing materials and product trainings to engage customers
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): product configurators and advisement tools, analytics and dashboards, competitive analysis, and market research
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
10-15% travel for team meetings and collaborative working sessions
Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of Agile methodology a plus
Experience wireframing user interface designs a plus
