Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of industry experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, Engineering, Sustaining Engineering and/or Systems Engineering.
Experience with developing web applications and programming languages (Python, Go, Java, JVM Hotspot, HTTP, HTTPS).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cloud technology solutions and/or running and supporting large complex systems at scale.
Experience with any of the following cloud storage solutions: SQL database administration, Google App Engine, open source software communities, cloud networking solutions and/or distributed computing technology.
Effective network administration skills with an understanding of Unix/Linux and/or Windows systems from kernel to shell and beyond, taking in system libraries, file systems and client-server protocols.
Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills.
Own the customer’s problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on no-code application development Platform.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Google’s product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis and identify and resolve future issues quickly.
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
Help customers, who are not programmers, to design, implement, and test applications using AppSheet.
Help the customer through each of the stages of the application development process. Application consultant to customers who want to design a no-code application.
