We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Quality Engineer to join our team. They will be provided with training and opportunities to further advance their skill sets. The Graduate Quality Engineer will also periodically rotate between projects and disciplines to gain a broad understanding of the function.
The role will be based primarily at the client office in Warrington, however travel to Rosyth in support of works testing, and Sellafield site may also be required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement and sustain the quality core processes: continuous improvement, lessons learned, corrective action, and people based quality
• Ensure that quality-related procedures and manuals conform to corporate/project quality assurance program/plan requirements
• Participate in audits of engineering, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning for compliance to procedures and quality program/plan requirements
• Participate in monitoring the implementation of the project quality program/plan, including the review of selected documents to assure applicable quality requirements are met
• Assess project quality documentation and quality control inspection plans
• Conduct qualitative and cognitive trending based on data from various issues management systems
Qualification:
Bachelors of Science degree in any discipline within Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or Construction Management from an accredited college or university within twelve (12) months of graduation date
Numerically literate with MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint expertise to an intermediate level.
