Debt Capital Markets – Graduate/Analyst – Europe
Job Responsibilities
Participating in client interactions and supporting coverage initiatives from the outset. Research and analysis of clients and their peer group
Liaison with Syndicate, Capital Solutions and Trading, delivering debt financing solutions across Financial Institutions Groups (FIG), Corporates and SSA clients
Preparing marketing materials for client meetings and supporting in transaction execution
Preparing and supporting client on-boarding
Ensuring quality of management information around revenues, credit and pipeline and assisting the development of business planning and strategic objectives
Qualification:
Ability to form strong relationships across the Bank and a desire to learn about a wide range of client strategies, markets and the influences of macro-economic and political factors
Entrepreneurial mind-set is beneficial with team members encouraged to challenge the status quo and develop new ideas for revenue opportunities
Strong Microsoft Office skills and an array of conventional market data sources to efficiently analyse information and prepare high quality content for issuers
Excellent organisational skills, good analytical rigour and a high attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Spanish. Portuguese would also be an asset

This role supports these efforts by focusing on the maintenance of product content across a broad array of marketing vehicles.
Maintain product content across a broad array of marketing vehicles to support sales and retention efforts, including: fact sheets, presentations, sales flyers, sales ideas, etc.
Help facilitate and work within framework of quarter-end responsibilities.
Assist in planning/executing quarterly update of all performance collateral.
Coordinate and find the nexus between multiple teams to meet end goals.
Develop automated processes to drive efficiency and scale.
Qualification:

Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines.
