Job Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries
Implement various associate engagement initiatives within the IBU/Department.
Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
Facilitating associate communication within the IBU and provides a platform to raise their concerns and opinions through regular HR Meetings, Skips and Coffee Meets.
Facilitating associate development, motivation, engagement and retention through employee development programs and various HR initiatives
Improved associate Relations through associate counseling and mentoring
Handle floor discipline and disciplinary requirements within the IBU
Handle unit specific data and reporting requirements
Provide feedback to the management on all HR issues and on company policies.
Management of Employee Lifecycle
Act as a facilitator in resolving associate’s grievances n documents, taxes and benefits packages.
Job Required:
1 year experience in HRBP
Graduate / Post graduation is must.

Support network design /planning, Network Vision drawings AND documentation. Support the network optimization process AND documentation. Support IN capture, analysis AND presentation OF network statistics AND comparing WITH industry standards. Configuring LAN/WAN network element, provisioning OF Network Circuits, Network elements, CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment¿s) AND activation OF network service. Also, WORK ON MACD (Move, ADD, Change AND DELETE) cases. Proactively monitor alarms BY logging IN TO network elements such AS switches, routers AND / OR BY monitoring through network element managers. Participate IN periodic network audit activities. Verify AND CHECK network elements AS per inventory. Ensure quality IS maintained AND process adherence AS per guidelines. Ensure ON TIME resolution TO the issues reported, IF any. Provide status UPDATE OF projects, configurations, tickets AND change requests being handled.
