Customer Service Representative, New Graduate, 12 month Contract
Job Description:
Responds professionally to telephone & e-mail requests to/from customers for inbound returns
Coordinate return with vendors based on process matrix
Create returns in SAP
Coordinate return with our third-party warehouse to return to vendor
Back up call agents on hotline for overflow calls
Other administrative duties as assigned
Suggest & implement process improvements to improve team efficiencies & customer

Qualification:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bilingual in French is a strong asset
Experience in SAP is an asset
Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
Experience in customer service or operations is an asset

Order Management/Customer Service Support, New Graduate
Job Description:
Respond professionally to e-mail requests to/from customers
Liaise between pricing team, product managers, customers and external sales
Respond to customer inquiries on parts availability and pricing
Review customer purchase orders and initiate sales orders/ purchase orders to vendors according to customer requirements, log and track their details
Handle urgent and rush requirements of customers
Support customers expedite requests for back ordered products, including escalations
Create reports using SAP and Excel
Proactively monitor reports to ensure timely follow-up actions are completed
Work effectively with the various tools used by the business
Qualification:
New graduate from a college or university program in any discipline
Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bilingual in French is an asset
Experience in SAP or any other ERP system is a strong asset
Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications (especially Excel)

Information Security Trainee – Europe
Job Description:
Support the evaluation of new technologies to identify potential cybersecurity risks.
Support the assessments to identify digital solutions to support business process improvements and factory digitalization.
Support the communication of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation measures by creating influential content for our year long cybersecurity awareness program. Collaborate with the execution of IT Masterclasses, roadshows, and other events.
Development of documentation and presentations to communicate the topic to the organization.
Production of status reports.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology related field, and/or Cybersecurity equivalent experience.
Passion and basic understanding of Cybersecurity and IT.
General basic knowledge of IT technologies (infrastructure, applications, ERP’s, CRM’s).
Ability to work effectively with multinational and diverse group.
Self-Starter with good Time Management skills.
Ability to clearly communicate technical topics.
Very good communication skills (both verbal & written).
Ability to share some examples of critical thinking used to maintain a big picture of the topics under discussion or for issue resolution of high-impact, complex issues.
Proficient in written and spoken English combined with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
