At ExxonMobil, our IT Customer Experience organization helps to make our employees’ experiences with IT easy, intuitive and integrated throughout their day-to-day jobs. Whether ensuring their computing devices are working seamlessly or helping them with solutions that automate their workflows, our IT Customer Experience group does that. We also help support our internal customers with IT solutions as they build new offices in Neuquen and in Guyana, we help them remove paper based processes using modern tech tools and we ensure they have computing experiences that make their jobs more efficient.
IT Support Analyst
Job Description:
• Develop relationships with our internal customers/employees to understand how they perform their work today
• Provide consulting and develop workflow solutions that make our users more productive
• Provide infrastructure services to enable our Upstream business (e.g. telecommunications, infrastructure configurations)
• Support the setup of new services (e.g. Internet of Things, IT/OT)
• Support the installation of technologies delivered by IT Projects (both regionally and globally)
• Provide IT incident, problem and change management
• Perform training and help to educate our users on effective use of technology
• Work with our IT vendors to improve and maintain IT services
Desired Skills
• Capable of cultivating relationships with customers, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction with IT services
• Demonstrate technical skills and an understanding of client computing components (e.g. browser, security, authentication, telecommunication)
• Demonstrate an ability to effectively resolve difficult technical issues
• Knowledge or experience working with some of the following:
Programming languages like JS, VBScript, HTML, Angular or Unity
SharePoint and workflow tools
