Softenger India is arranging a recruitment drive for Fresher-Trainee to be part of our team & to be deployed at our client side in Pune Location.
Softenger is a world class IT Infrastructure Support Services company with a customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies and clients in the financial services, technology, telecoms, manufacturing and professional services sectors.
This team will be trained in Pune as a part of the regular trainee batch.
Selection process and training will be initiated via our Pune Office only.
Eligibility Criteria for this position are as follows:
1) Please note that candidates who have appeared for Apti+PI rounds with Softenger in the last 3 months will not be eligible to apply
2) This Drive is only for Monitoring skill set requirement This includes monitoring the alarm warnings, prioritize the alert criticality and handle the problem escalation according to the defined procedures.
3) Graduate/ Diploma from any background (preferably Engineering graduate/MCA/ MCS / BCA/ BCS)
Excellent communication skills
4) Willingness to relocate to any location across India post Training.
Important Details:
1) CTC offered for 2.1 lacs P.A..
2) Bond Amount is 88 Thousand for 12 months
3) Selected candidates will undergo ITIL Training and certification as part of the training program.
