Engineer – Testing –  United States

Job Description:

Experience in Electrical design and PLC programming.

Experience and skill in troubleshooting control systems.

Design, integrate, and support various electrical test enabling systems.

Own and procure hardware (cable, connectors, backshells, positioners, PLCs, VFDs, UPS, and power supplies etc.) for electrical integration.

Develop electrical/controls design, schematics, and drawings.

Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned individual and team projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to trade electrical standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.

Implement plans with guidance to meet technical requirements of assigned components and systems.

Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.

Ability to work well with others across multiple discipline.

Qualifications

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college.

Minimum 1-3 years of electrical or computer engineering experience.

Engineer – NDE Imaging Intelligence

Job Responsibilities:

Experience analyzing Computed Tomography (CT)/Xray or ultrasonic images

Execute and provide guidance for the analysis/evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices, and procedures and the product/program requirements

Institute collaboration practices between self-organizing and cross-functional teams. Apply appropriate regression testing methods to inspection software releases

Identify need for technical and program reviews within the organization; lead and participate in the technical reviews with limited guidance from senior engineers

Demonstrate ability to monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments as appropriate

Assistant Manager Manufacturing Engineering – India 

Job Description:

Shall have hands on experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably from Cabinet Manufacturing.

Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations

Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site including EHSRA, Heat Map & SOD.

Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.

Shall have hands on experience of Oracle ERP, Understanding of BOM structure, oracle routing of BOM.

Understanding of EBOM and MBOM, Make/Buy analysis of MBOM.

Shall have Hands on Experience of PLM or any other equivalent Engineering drawing and BOM portal.

Shall have Hands on Experience of quality tools like PFMEA, RCA, MSA, SPC.

Review and approve Change orders and change actions initiated by Engineering from

Manufacturing standpoint.

Add and track closure of Change orders & change actions in tracker.

Conduct weekly CFT meeting of Change action implementation.

Shall have experience in drawing evaluation, manufacturing process feasibility study, calculate should manufacturing hours and ensure parts are manufactured within should hours

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy or Production Engineering from a reputed college /university

● Must have good knowledge of MS Excel. Need to spend 30% of the time on system analyzing data, finding out root cause and implementing corrective & preventive actions.

Job Description:

Conducts component and product integration. All activities that span multiple components and products and are concerned with how to integrate for maximum performance and operability.

Manages product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down.

Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.

Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams.
