Assistant Process Engineer – Inspection – Malaysia

Be Engineering first contact person for daily issues related to inspection.

Responsible for Material Review Board (MRB) process.

Responsible to help Inspection Engineer to salvage parts through Deviation Instruction Continuous Airworthiness (DICA) / Departure Record (DR)

Responsible to check on quarantine items back from vendors.

Responsible in creating and maintaining Task List thru the Smartshop and SAP system for the production process accordance to the approved technical document.

Support investigation for any Quality / Non-Conformance on the repair process within the engineering scope.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have the passion to work in aviation engine MRO, knows how to use hand tools, read engine manual and technical drawings.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical or any engineering related filed) or related science field.

Preferably 1 year of working experiences in Aviation Inspection area.

Fresh graduates with degree in aviation are welcome to apply.

Ability to read technical drawing.

Inspection tool/ inspection technologies proficiency.

Familiar with Aviation Engine Technical Manual will be added advantage.

Willing to work on shifts.

Finance Specialist – Statutory & Controllership

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

Job Description:

Responsible to ensure all statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with the country regulatory requirements. This includes branches, legal entities and statutory consolidations from outside the US, as well as the management of the statutory audit process where applicable.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.

Qualifications

Work design, analysis, and/or evaluation of assigned projects with guidance using sound engineering principles, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
Provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders.
Use Lean tools to improve assigned projects.
