Job Description: –
To work with Service Provider / Vendors of Housekeeping, Pest Control, Cafeteria contractors, Security.
To ensure the seamless operations, up keep and maintenance of the Landside Facilities & Estate Management.
To ensure that the appointed Service Provider fulfill the operational requirement as per SLA and the contract.
To ensure that the cleanliness & upkeep is maintained at highest levels of standard without any compromise.
To ensure that the facilities and the common areas are well maintained across the Airport.
To coordinate with all the stakeholders, including landside tenants, passengers, visitors, parking area and drivers and encourage / convince them on the good Hygiene principles as per the SOPs finalized by airport.
To maintain the checklist.
Should have basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals and process used for cleaning purpose.
Experience: – 2-7 Years
Educational Qualification: – Any Graduate(Regular)/MBA Full time.
