Engineer I, Product & Systems Engineering – USA
Act as the overseer and “glue” of a complex system and interdisciplinary team such that innovative solutions are developed to enable customers to be more productive using Production Systems.
Job Description:
The job entails carrying out activities to drive the development of system software through the complete system lifecycle of Understanding customer needs, discovering and validating requirements, defining quantitative measures (e.g., performance and cost criteria), working with system architects to model the system, assessing and managing risk, integration of system components, testing, project management, and documentation. System Engineers will need to understand the system as a whole from both a customer and a development perspective – including both hardware and software. A key role is acting as an interface between the customer/marketing world and the technical development world.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree illustrating strong written and oral communication skills as well as project management skills.
Excellent system-level problem-solving and organizational skills.
Should have the “big picture” perspective and be able to look deep enough into a problem without losing focus on the entire system.
Passionate about relentlessly benchmarking and identifying opportunities to improve the capabilities of the device for the customers.
Familiar with Agile and Scrum-based software development processes a plus.
Ability to prioritize and multitask is important for this position.
Ability to work individually and, more importantly, in a group setting.
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

Print Production Associate (3rd Shift) – US
Job Description:
Provide delivery of contracted services at Boeing.
Produce Premask, Stencil, Wetpen and Scribe ship sets per paint hanger schedule.
Produce High Accuracy Plots per distributed requests.
Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW).
Provide requested data within the timeframes outlined in the contract.
Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues.
Qualification:
No prior experience necessary.
Skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation and use.
Maintain quarterly learning objectives deployed by Xerox.

Print & Mail Service Representative – United States
Job Description:
The Print and Mail Service Representative will be required to cover different customer accounts supporting the print production department performing tasks such as mail sorting/delivering mail, operating basic print equipment and maintaining reporting logs. Additionally, may be required to cover extended periods at accounts due to special projects or unforeseen circumstances/absences.
Candidates may be required to travel for multiple overnights as well.
Qualification:
Ability to travel every day via vehicle.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and adaptability to learn print production equipment.
Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing, sending and receiving emails, managing files, and performing data entry.
Ability to learn multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when main operator(s) are out of the office.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
