Technical Operations Engineer, Techstop Support – India
Job Description:
Provide user support that includes root cause analysis of IT issues on multiple technologies and platforms (e.g., hardware, software, tools, services, networks, integrated video and audio conferencing equipment).
Use insights gained through direct support to advocate for users, working with partner teams to identify problematic user journeys, and prioritize solutions.
Partner and lead peers, vendors, and other technical support teams to coordinate troubleshooting processes and resolution for issues.
Develop scripts, tools, processes or solutions to prevent problems, improve user productivity and automate recurring tasks as part of longer term and global service improvements.
Participate in or lead IT projects, ensuring that projects are designed and planned well, focusing on delivering a solution or technical improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in designing, developing, or troubleshooting Linux, networking, mobile, video conferencing, or voice technologies.
Preferred
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Experience troubleshooting applications in a networked environment.
Experience troubleshooting issues for multiple operating systems.
Excellent customer service, organization, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.

Customer Growth Associate, Google Customer Solutions (English), Early Careers – Ireland
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by building relationships with key customer decision-makers and business owners to understand their business goals and digital marketing plans, and help empower their business with Google advertising.
Manage large and diverse accounts and identify opportunities where Google Ads can impact growth, while tracking account growth and product adoption quarterly goals.
Conduct frequent phone consultations to evaluate campaign performance, make account recommendations, and mentor/influence business owners on digital marketing strategy.
Engage in essential activities to drive customer relationship growth (e.g., proactive engagement, campaign performance review, client meetings, pitches, research, internal strategy building/execution, etc.).

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct research on multiple aspects of products and collect/analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments.
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product management teams to make data-driven decisions.

Conducting reviews of infrastructure and service designs through the lens of information security

Silicon Product Development Engineer, System, University Graduate – Israel
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Design, Architecture, Process Technology, and Silicon Engineering teams to develop characterization and manufacturing test solutions for new High Performance Computing (HPC) products in advanced manufacturing technologies.
Validate test solutions on system-level platforms and prepare for mass production.
Work with hardware and software teams to evaluate functional device yield and performance across various operating conditions, characterize hardware/software interaction, and develop effective production screens to reduce Defective Parts per Million (DPPM).
Assess test escapees and RMA returns, localize failures, implement containment measures in the manufacturing test flow, and partner with manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams to implement root cause corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Python, Java, or C/C++.
Preferred:
Experience with CPU/GPU SoC architecture, design, validation, debug.
