Responsibilities
Work towards strategic goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to Google’s customers. Conduct in-depth analysis of client’s industry, market, audience, and creative, and materialize those insights through Google solution promotion.
Carry business growth and productivity goals and drive in quarter growth and product adoptions. Serve as a liaison between clients and Google advertising products, advocate and increase client adoption, summarize best practice and feedback to the product team.
Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best return on investment on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role.
Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer service experience to Google’s advertisers, publishers, and/or users.
Collaborate with Specialists, Engineers, and Product team members on new feature development.
Minimum qualifications:
MBA degree.
1 year of experience in sales, marketing, client-facing or business analytics etc.
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently
Preferred qualifications:
Account optimization experience.
Exceptional Google Ads knowledge.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals. Interest in sales, marketing, media planning as well as working with and educating new advertisers.
Excellent writing/editing and verball communication skills.
