Engineer – Planning – India
Job Description:
Releasing planned orders to PR.
Reviewing the scheduled sales orders and providing promise date by reviewing the ATP (Available to promise) output.
Coordinating and verifying production routings, preparation of work orders based on BOM.
Reviewing the shortages for work orders and expediting purchase team for arranging on time.
Releasing Work orders to shop floor as per schedule.
Expediting Warehouse for issuing Work orders, shop, and QC/QA for timely delivery of products from them to ensure on time delivery of valves to the customer.
Review of planning when sales order specs, drawings and BOM’s were revised, such review can result in addition/ modification of materials in Work order and shop planning as well.
Maintain planning file for sales orders from entry to last valve delivery.
Arranging subcontract work-orders for items which need to be sent for Powder coating, Painting, Machining, and fabrication.
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering with relevant planning and scheduling experience and a total experience of 2-3 years
High level of integrity & trust
Good command on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Good communications, negotiation, and people management skills.
Basic Finance and Costing Knowledge is preferred.
Familiar with ISO9001 Management System, as well as the requirements of Corporate Safety Management and Occupational Health Management is preferred.
Must be a Self-driven & Self-motivated Leader.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle or any other ERP will be an added advantage.

Junior Project Proposal Engineer – Europe
Job Responsibilities:
Provide complete technical and commercial solutions to our customers.
Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
Follow up of the provided quotations.
Maintain the record of working processes.

Qualification:
Proficient level knowledge of English language.
Minimum College Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
Knowledge of control valves.

Service Engineer – Europe
Job Responsibilities :
Manage system analysis and troubleshooting services on Emerson process Management products, to end user customers as well as to in-house field service and project execution staff.
Respond promptly to service request from assigned customers.
On selected products emergency situations can escalate to an availability of 24 hours a day, 1 week per month
Keep repair time to a minimum by using an adequate philosophy, provide preventive maintenance per agreement or upon request, advises customers in methods of operation and utilization, performs installation and start-up
Provide the necessary information to allow administrative follow-up and order handling
Collaborate optimally with all internal and international groups to assure professional business relationships with our customers
Acquire and maintain knowledge of Emerson Process Management Systems Products and related equipment/ services, their uses and applications
Qualification:
Proficiency in Dutch, English languages, French – nice to have
Graduate or Engineering degree with technical direction or equivalent through experience
Good communicational skills
Proven ability to work well in a team as well as independently, strong problem solving capability

Project Engineer – India
Job Responsibilities:
•Implement customized software solutions based on Energy Solutions’ pipeline modeling software
•Configure, install, and fine-tune Energy Solutions’ Pipeline modeling systems
•Train operators at clients’ sites in Energy Solutions’ Software applications and technology
•Analyze project requirements compared with the capabilities of Energy Solutions’ Products
•Provide consulting services and training to clients. Extensive travel required.
Qualifications:
•Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering and experience in pipeline design or operations.
•Fresher or up to Two years’ experience in pipeline operations, pipeline design, pipeline software, pipeline hydraulics, pipeline modeling and leak detection systems.
•Knowledge of software systems applications
•Strong background in pipeline hydraulics
•Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in order to provide stellar customer support Knowledge of C/C++ and Fortran Programming Languages, a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with SCADA systems, instrumentation and process control
•Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
•Business knowledge of natural gas marketing and transportation would be a plus
•Oil & Gas experience.
