Job Description:
As a successful Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE), you will expand your software, Collaboration, Security, Networking and Cloud to collaborate with Cisco sales professionals and provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes for our customers and partners.

Qualification:
Including but not limited to a 2021-2023 graduate of a technical degree, ideally with an emphasis on networking and computing: OR certified from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School.
1-3 year’s experience in similar or adjacent industry, in technical or presales support, or system engineer role “preferred”.
Passionate about technical solutions sales and working with customers.
Excited about turning technical requirements into business value.
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certified “preferred”
Real passion for technology with an interest in software languages such as Java and Python.
You are comfortable engaging an audience by explaining complex technology in simple terms.

Customer Experience Apprentice Program Location:Greater London – UK, Europe
Our Degree Apprenticeship is a great way to kick-start your career in Customer Experience (through technical and non-technical roles), gaining invaluable work experience whilst earning the same qualifications as a university graduate, including sought-after industry qualifications.
During the 4 years, you will have the opportunity to experience different teams within our business -technical and otherwise- and join these teams through specialised rotations; you will get to work directly with our cutting-edge technology and support our industry-leading experts.
By the end of the programme, you will have both the knowledge and experience to begin a flourishing career in technology.
As an apprentice, you will get support and mentorship to understand how your passion and skills best fit within Customer Experience at Cisco. Entry requirements
Qualifications matter, but a passion for technology and the desire to learn are even more meaningful.
You should have or be studying towards achieving at least 2 A Levels (excluding General Studies or Critical Thinking) or a BTEC Level 3 or equivalent.
You should also have a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A* to C or grade 4-9, including English & Maths, as an indicator of your learning.
Must be able to legally live and work in UK

Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides a structured training and on-the-job-experience to develop sales champions. We will develop your sales; technical and communication skills and you will be offered the opportunity to rotate and understand diverse areas of Sales via our model of Education Exposure Experience. Qualification:
