CA freshers in our Corporate finance team.
Job Description:
1. Good Knowledge of ERP module especially in SD module of SAP , Oracle or CRM based invoicing and have done implementation of Billing system
2. Understanding of invoicing process and have knowledge of invoicing process including Tax in Geography.
3. Ability to manage TAT for invoicing and ability to work in tight schedule and odd working hours in case of need
4. Need to validate Purchase order / License agreement with invoice and raise invoice within agreed timelines
5. Ensuring collection through EDI of invoice with customer and follow up on collection.
6. Sales finance SPOC would be enabling to Sales folks and ensure they work collaboratively with them to ensure TAT for Order to Cash is minimal.
7. Knowledge of Software industry is preferable/must and in case of Software products would be added advantage . Knowledge of GAAP for revenue is must.
8. Excellent Excel knowledge and good communication skills and ability to handle senior stakeholder management
9. Good knowledge of system so that would be able to train sales/ finance folks on the system and provide necessary support.
10. Should be open to work in shift
